Total Energy Services Inc. Announces Changes to Board of Directors

CALGARY, Alberta, Sept. 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Total Energy Services Inc. (“Total Energy” or the “Company”) (TSX:TOT) announces that Jessica Kirstine will retire from the Board of Directors on September 30, 2026. Total Energy thanks Ms. Kirstine for her significant contributions over the past five years.

Total Energy is pleased to announce that Elizabeth (Liz) Dammann has agreed to join the Board of Directors and will be appointed a director at the next Board of Directors’ meeting to be held in November 2026. Ms. Dammann is a professional engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, having served in various engineering and operational roles during her career. Ms. Dammann currently serves as the Vice President, Production and Capital Operations for Tundra Oil and Gas Ltd. Ms. Dammann has a Professional Engineering designation in Alberta (APEGA), Saskatchewan (APEGS) and Manitoba (EGM), obtained an Engineering degree from the University of Calgary in 2001 and a Master of Business Administration degree from Royal Roads University in 2025.
