Veteran security professional brings more than 25 years of industry experience to lead regional growth and team development

Gianini brings more than 25 years of expertise in physical security. He began his career in the late 1990s as a field technician and advanced through leadership and regional management roles. Most recently, he spent eight years as a Regional Service Manager, leading field service teams, managing key customer relationships and ensuring customers consistently received the level of service they expect.

Over the course of his career, Gianini has developed deep expertise in electronic security, field service operations and team development. He believes strong leadership starts with communication, accountability and support, principles he brings to every team he builds.
